About the Recipe
Serve hot with vegetable curry or chicken curry.
Ingredients
Ingredients -1 - Sorghum rawa –1cup
Ingredients - 2 - sorghum flour –1cup
Ingredients - 3- cooked rice –¼ cup(optional) and salt – for taste.
Preparation
Step - 1.
Add sieved sorghum rawa to the boiled water.
Step - 2.
Cook at low flame for 5 min, then add sorghum flour slowly & mix thoroughly so that lumps are not formed.
Step - 3.
After 10min of cooking, add some cooked rice and mix well and again cook for 15-20 min.
Step - 4.
Make that mixture into small balls and serve hot.
