About the Recipe
Serve it piping hot with garlic bread.
Ingredients
Ingredients - 1 - Sorghum grain–100 g
Ingredients - 2 - bouguetgarni –1 no
Ingredients - 3 - roughly cut vegetables (leeks, celery, carrot,onion and turnip)–100 g
Ingredients - 4 - veg. stock – 1000 ml and seasoning– to taste
Preparation
Step - 1.
Clean and boil sorghum along with all the vegetables.
Step -2.
Add a sprig of bouguetgarni.
Step - 3.
When all ingredients are well done remove bouguetgarni.
Step - 4.
Blend it in a mixer and bring back in a pan to re-boil.
Step - 5.
Adjust the seasoning and add a dash of fresh cream.
